Food Farmacy is a new offering creating deeply nourishing, spiritually alive food for people whose bodies are becoming more sensitive as their gifts awaken. We’re building from the ground up — and I need a partner who can ground the magic.

  • Run production. Make sure we’re making enough and getting it out the door.

  • Develop & refine recipes. Shelf-stable, vibrant, unforgettable.

  • Create devotion-worthy customer experiences. Help us win our first 5 loyal fans.

  • Manage our Oaxacan cook, Emy. Learn her rhythms. Lead with respect.

  • Source rare ingredients. Build local relationships. Hunt for aguamiel and other ancestral treasures.

  • Shape the whole experience. Packaging, presence, energy — your touch will be everywhere.

💸 Compensation

This is a co-founder level role.
We split revenue and equity — details based on how we build together.

Starts part-time, with a clear path to full-time.
You must be in (or willing to move to) Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico.

Hi, I’m Cris — founder and your future co-conspirator in culinary magic.

My first food venture was PieLab, a sidewalk pie cart in Portland, Oregon. I rolled out the crusts myself and sold out almost every day. The lines stretched down the block, I ended up on the local news, and The New York Times Magazine even came calling.

Since then, my path has taken me through tech startups, systems design, spiritual healing, and large-scale community visioning. But food has always been the throughline — not just as sustenance, but as ritual, art, and transmission.

Food Farmacy is the soul-child of that whole journey.
And Convivvium — a mystery school gathering of artists, scientists, and mystics I host each year — is where this lineage reweaves back into form.

I’m the kind of founder who brings down big visions and needs someone just as brilliant to bring them into the jar. If you’re here to help feed the people who are feeding the future, we might just belong to the same kitchen.
