Instructions for Mystery Box

Inside you have found…

One red Moleskin dotted journal

Bringing a new anything into the world requires a protected space – a container or beaker for the chemistry to do its work. This journal is the vessel for the birthing of a fully alive you. You can sketch or draw, free-write or scribble nonsense. It’s especially useful to do all the class-related exercises therein. We recommend NOT using it for anything not related to your unfolding aliveness.

Bonus gift for Early Birds: Date stamp and stamp pad

This brings a bit of extra beauty into your journal. Stamping the date will mean more later as you look back and start to see how much happened on a particular day. As you become more alive, the transformative events start to line up. The pattern won’t make much sense until you look backwards for it. Start laying breadcrumbs now so you’ll have the data when it’s needed. You don’t need a date stamp to do this, but make sure you are dating your pages.

Big milagro

This is a visual reminder that you’ve set the intention to become yourself. If it’s resonant to you, place it somewhere you see it frequently. It serves as a gentle anchor of your intention.

Bonus gift: mini milagro

Perhaps someone else will need an anchor of an important intention. You’ll have just the right gift to offer them when you discover who and what that is.

Candle

This humble white candle holds our humble commitment that we began this journey with – burn the candle at the end of the 100 days, which is December 31st. The candle represents surrender. As the wax melts and surrenders its essence to the air, it emblemizes the process we too undertake in this life to dissolve – offering our heat and light while we last.
