Do you accept insurance?
Cris does not accept insurance.

What is your payment policy?
Check, cash, or payments made through Venmo (@Crystal-Beasley-1), paid in advance or at the beginning of the session.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice requires payment in full. Remote telephone or videoconferencing appointments may be available if you are unable to make it to the office (e.g., you are sick or traveling). These methods can also be planned in advance for individuals with frequent travel or chronic health issues.

What if I’m late?
If you are late we will meet for the remaining time.

What if I am unable to afford your rate?
A sliding scale is available on a limited, case-by-case basis. If the stated fees serve as a concern or you, please contact Cris directly at crystal@crystalbeasley.com. If she is unable to accommodate your financial circumstances, referrals to other practitioners may be provided.
